Computer Science touches on Mathematics in many ways and grew out of mathematical concerns. While CS has now gone beyond math in a number of areas there are some aspects that students do well to know.
Use this tag for questions relating to teaching topics at the conjunction of Math and CS and for questions related to the usage of math within CS. This can include things like operator precedence at the simple end and computational complexity at the more theoretical end of the spectrum.
Note, importantly, that this site is dedicated to CS Education so questions should relate closely to the teaching of topics, not the theoretical aspects.
