This tag is for questions about teaching Ruby specific concepts. Use this tag only when the language used would affect the question significantly. If your question uses Ruby as an example, but does not focus on the language itself consider a more general tag instead.

Ruby is a modern object oriented programming language. It is dynamically typed, has a familiar syntax, and rich libraries. There are some things that it supports better than other similar languages.

Use this tag for questions that for teaching things that depend in some way on Ruby itself, not just general object-oriented concepts.

The tag is not for general Ruby questions. Nor is this site.
